Do items arrive in bags with boards?
Yes they do! Every comic gets put into a BCW brand 2 MIL polypropylene bag with a 24 PT coated board before leaving our site.
Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?
Of course! Local pickup is available at Moshi Moshi (223A Main Street Glencoe, ON)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 10 AM - 6 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated based on the number of comics and location being shipped to.
How long until my order ships?
We ship all five business days of the week. Most orders will be shipped within two business days. During holidays, there may be delays.
Once shipped, you will be emailed that your package is on the way.
How will my comics be packaged?
All comics are pre-bagged and boarded and wrapped before being boxed up. Extra care with be taken with larger packages with more padding to keep your comics safe.
Can I ship in stock items and preorders separately?
We absolutely can but highly recommend either ordering the two separately or by taken advantage of our hold box.
HOLD BOX
What is a hold box?
A Hold Box lets you stack orders over time and ship them together later. When you select “Hold” at checkout, we pull your books, place them in your box, and mark the order fulfilled.
How do I ship my hold box?
Add the free Ship My Hold Box item to your cart. We’ll package everything and email you a shipping invoice!
How long can I keep a hold box open?
As long as you need. There is no expiry on a hold box. It is perfect for frequent buyers who want to save on shipping.
Can I add in stock items and preorders to my hold box?
Yes! Everything can be held together. Everything currently fulfilled in your box ships when you request it.
Can I pick up a hold box in store instead of shipping?
Yes! Local pickup is available during regular store hours.
PREORDERS
What are preorders?
Preorders are advance purchases for upcoming releases. We ship them once the books officially release and arrive from our distributors.
When will my preorders ship?
Typically day of release. Distributor delays or damages may slow this slightly while we wait for replacements. We do not ship new release books below NM- grade.
Where can I check release dates?
Dates frequently change. Each preorder comic has the in store date listed. You can also check out PREVIEWSworld website for update to date information.
Can I ship preorders with items already in stock?
Yes, but they will ship together when everything in the order is released. To ship separately, place separate orders - or use a Hold Box!
Can I pick up preorders early?
No — Preorders cannot be distributed before the publisher’s official release date.
