Shipping Policy

​1. Handling & Processing Time

​We know you’re excited to read your new books.

​Standard Orders: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

​Pre-orders: Shipped within 24 hours of the official release date. If your order contains both "In-Stock" and "Pre-order" items, the entire order will ship once the final book arrives.

​Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please Note:

Release dates are subject to change by the publisher. Your box will ship once all available titles for your cycle have arrived.

​2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

​Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We use a carrier best suited to your order:

​Economy: The most cost-effective for books. Please note that Economy can be slower (5–10 business days).

​Ground Advantage / Priority Mail: Faster delivery with included insurance.

3. The "Collector's Promise" (Packaging)

​We are collectors too, and we hate "mail-damaged" books. Every comic is shipped with:

​Individual Bag & Board: Included at no extra cost.

​Stay-Flat Mailers: We use industry-standard corrugated cardboard mailers to prevent bending and crushing.

​Bubble Wrap/Void Fill: For larger orders, we use heavy-duty padding.

4. Tracking & Insurance

​Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

​We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. However, if your package arrives physically damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening and contact us immediately.

​5. North America Shipping

We do ship to all of North America! Please note that American customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT imposed by their country. Delivery times vary significantly by destination.

6. Returns & Damaged Items

​Damaged on Arrival: If a book arrives in a condition worse than described due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Hold Box Policy

​Shop Now, Ship Later & Save on Shipping!

​We offer a Hold Box service for collectors who want to claim books immediately but consolidate them into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.

​1. How to Start a Hold Box

​At checkout, select "Add to Hold Box" as your shipping method.

​You will be charged for the comic(s) immediately to secure your copy, but no shipping fees will be applied at that time.

​We will bag, board, and set aside your books in a dedicated, climate-controlled storage area.

​2. Maximum Hold Duration

​To keep our inventory manageable, Hold Boxes can remain open for a maximum of 90 days.

​If a Hold Box has not been cleared after 90 days, we will send a friendly reminder to ship your items.

​3. How to Ship Your Box

​When you are ready to receive your books:

​Place a final order and select your preferred Standard Shipping method (Economy, Priority, etc.).

​Include a note in the "Order Comments" stating: "Ship my Hold Box with this order."

​We will pack all your held items into one reinforced mailer or box and ship them together!

​4. Abandoned Hold Boxes

​If an invoice for shipping is not paid within 14 days of the 90-day limit, and we receive no communication, the items will be returned to stock.

​Restocking Fee: Abandoned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit; no cash refunds will be given for abandoned hold items. 

Subscription Box Policy

​1. How It Works

​Our subscription service allows you to "set it and forget it." We pull your requested titles as they arrive from the distributor, ensuring you never miss a key issue or a "Ratio Variant" (if available).

​Grade Variance: Please note that raw book grades are estimates. We do not offer returns for minor grading disputes, but we strive for transparency in all our listings.

2. Shipping Schedule

​To save you money on shipping costs, we offer two fulfillment options:

​Weekly Shipping: Your "pull list" is processed and shipped every Friday.

​Monthly Batching: We hold your books for the entire month and ship them in one consolidated package on the first Monday of the following month. This is the best way to maximize shipping value!

​3. Billing & Payments

​Automatic Invoicing: You will be billed for the books pulled during your selected cycle plus shipping.

​Payment Window: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. Failure to pay for two consecutive cycles may result in the cancellation of your subscription and the release of your books to the general public.

​4. Add-ons & Combined Shipping

​Want to add a one-shot or a back-issue to your next sub box?

​Simply purchase the item on our site and select "Add to Subscription Box" at checkout.

​We will waive the individual shipping fee and tuck the new book into your next scheduled subscription shipment.

​5. Cancellations & Changes

​You can add or remove titles from your subscription at any time.

​The 2-Week Rule: Due to distributor final order cut-offs (FOC), please allow 14 days for removals to take effect. You are responsible for any issues already ordered or pulled for you prior to the cancellation date.
